Department of Base and Rare Metals is the oldest division of InfoMine, it has been formed when the company has been founded in 1993. At the present time, the department staff is comprised of a group of highly-qualified experts and analysts; these studies are supervised by the General Director of our company, Doctor of Engineering Mr. Igor Petrov.

The department specialists have produced over 100 reports devoted to the analysis of markets of base metals (aluminium, copper, nickel, lead, zinc, tin) and rare metals (titanium, magnesium, molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, etc.) in the CIS.

Well-known multinational corporations (ВНР Billiton, Rio Tinto, INCO, Falconbridge, Eramet, etc.) and Russian companies (JSC Russian Aluminium, JSC SUAL-Holding, JSC VSMPO-Avisma, and others) are among our clients.

Close collaboration has been formed with a number of consulting companies of high standing to conduct joint researches of world markets for non-ferrous metals  (Roskill, CRU, Brook Hunt, etc.).
